The seventh edition of ARCHITECT@WORK took place on September 16 and 17 at the Wiener Stadthalle and attracted numerous visitors from the fields of architecture, design, and planning. Selected exhibitors presented their latest product and material innovations, generating considerable interest. This edition demonstrated that the exclusive trade show concept is in tune with the industry — with even more visitors than in 2024. The positive feedback from exhibitors and guests confirms that ARCHITECT@WORK remains an indispensable platform for inspiration, exchange, and trends.
Theme: TRANSFORMATION
Preserving existing buildings and converting them for a new use is one of the most important architectural tasks in times of climate crisis and dwindling resources. However, continuing to build on existing buildings is not only ecologically sensible; architects can also help to preserve and strengthen cultural identity with renovations and conversions.
The topic of transformation moves architects, interior designers and lighting designers as well as the construction industry.
